Rather than following trends or adding ingredients simply because they’re popular, we focused on a carefully selected combination of purified water, biotin, and silica.

Vitamin B7

Biotin

Biotin is an essential, water-soluble B vitamin that helps the body metabolize carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.

Often associated with hair, skin, and nail wellness, biotin is an important nutrient for normal bodily function.

Each bottle of InnerSpring provides 8 mcg of biotin, equivalent to 25% of the Daily Value.

Although biotin is essential for health, research has not established that additional biotin improves skin appearance in people who already consume adequate amounts. InnerSpring does not claim to treat biotin deficiency or reverse skin aging.

Silicon dioxide

Silica

Silica is a compound containing silicon, an element that has been studied in relation to connective tissues and skin structure.

InnerSpring includes silicon dioxide as part of its formulation.

Research into supplemental silicon and skin appearance is ongoing, and the presence of silica in a beverage does not by itself establish a visible cosmetic benefit.

Filtered water

Purified Alkaline Water

Water is essential for normal bodily function, including temperature regulation, nutrient transport, and maintaining fluid balance.

InnerSpring begins with filtered water and has a labeled pH of 8.0.

Its slightly alkaline formulation is part of the product’s identity and drinking experience. The body’s acid-base balance is tightly regulated, and alkaline water should not be presented as a way to change blood pH or reverse aging.

When developing InnerSpring, Dr. Youssef explored a wide range of functional waters and collagen beverages.

One thing became clear: a product can have an impressive ingredient list, but if people don’t enjoy drinking it, it is unlikely to become part of their everyday routine.

He wanted to create something different.

Instead of building a heavily flavored beverage around sweetness or an extensive list of additives, InnerSpring was formulated to maintain the refreshing experience people expect from water.

No added sugar. No artificial sweeteners. No unnecessary flavoring.

Just purified water with thoughtfully selected ingredients.
